Reilly brings 15 years of experience as a leader in Colorado’s policy landscape. As the Director of Policy and Advocacy at Gary Community Ventures, Reilly leads the development and implementation of Gary’s state and local policy and advocacy strategy. Prior to joining Gary, she founded RPC Consulting, where she worked with clients on a range of projects aimed at advancing the success of Colorado children through policy development and implementation. From 2015 to 2020, she served as the president and CEO of Climb Higher Colorado. Through that work, Reilly built partnerships across a wide range of organizations and launched the organization’s signature fellowship program, Systems Impact Institute. She also brings deep experience from her time at the Colorado Children’s Campaign, where she served as the organization’s government affairs director and later as vice president of education initiatives. Reilly was born and raised in Colorado and now lives in Denver with her husband, Brett, and two wild and wonderful children, Gwen and Rhodes.
